Four things we build

Most athletes need two of these, not all four. The assessment tells us which two.

Speed

Get to the bag before the tag does.

Acceleration mechanics, top-end form, first-step quickness and turn efficiency. We measure the 10-yard split and home-to-first so progress is a number, not a feeling.

  • Sprint mechanics & posture
  • Acceleration and first-step drills
  • Home-to-first and 60-yard timing
  • Stealing jumps and read work

Explosiveness

Power you can actually use on a field.

Force production through the ground, elastic strength and change-of-direction control. Plyometric progressions built for a baseball body, not a weight-room competition.

  • Lower-body force production
  • Plyometric and elastic strength progressions
  • Change of direction & deceleration
  • Rotational power transfer

Defensive Training

Clean footwork, quiet hands, faster exchange.

Infield and outfield work built around footwork patterns and transfer speed — the part of defense that actually separates players at the next level. This is the side of his own game that got him recruited first.

  • Pre-pitch timing and first move
  • Footwork patterns by position
  • Glove-to-hand exchange speed
  • Angles, reads and range

Hitting

A swing that repeats under pressure.

Move-by-move breakdown of the swing, built around your body — not a copy of someone on TV. Tee, front toss and live work with video review.

  • Load, stride and sequencing
  • Bat path and contact quality
  • Approach and pitch selection
  • Video review each session
How it works

Measured, not guessed

  1. 01

    Assessment

We time you, film you and find the actual limiter — not the one you assume it is.

  2. 02

    Plan

You get a written plan with a target, a timeline and the drills that get you there.

  3. 03

    Work

Sessions are 1-on-1 and coached rep by rep. Nothing gets logged that wasn't earned.

  4. 04

    Re-test

Every four sessions we re-time and re-film. The numbers move or the plan changes.
